The auto hide feature for key words has been the most helpful for us.
CONSI would like to be able to select multiple assets/pages so that I can see all comments from select companies I am in control of.

The best thing about utilizing this software is the ability to connect with our account manager, [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. She is always available and patient to help with our questions and pain points.
CONSI think with this new dashboard, many of the issues we were having with tracking and locating comments will be resolved.

Great for engagement!
I love how clean the platform is. It is easy to use and you can see a lot of information just from the care page.
CONSI wish that it would hide comments once they have been engaged with.

They Do the Work for You
It's such a time saver. And I can feel confident that they're catching things I might otherwise miss.
PROSI don't have to scroll through hundreds of social media comments and hide those that are harmful to our brand. BrandBastion does all that for us.
CONSI wish it would highlight a person's name when you reply to their comment.
