"A tool which serves value for money"

PROS

Its a very consistent & glitch free tool. It covers maximum metrics in social profile tracking. Very flexible team who always ready to take your inputs & implement them as early as possible. Entire team makes sure of excellent client management. Overall the tool is good for customization & serving us best value for money compare to other tools.

CONS

Search module could have been much simpler / more dynamic in nature keeping in mind changing needs to the industries. Post & comment insights have been part of same module as they belong 1 single unit. Some consolidation of modules should take place to serve more objectives / insights

we kind of liked the features & layouts ( which are dynamic ) of the tool better than the other tools in the market. Its very easy to use & read data through this tool.

One module of Sysomos which is for social profiles tracking is very inconsistent in nature which is not the case with Konnect Insights

Excellent tool with great features and more importantly simple and beautiful user experience

The best tool I have used so far. Automation of tickets, classification, Queuing are some of the best features.

Excellent CRM/ social listening tool to manage crisis communication at a reasonal price

Konnect Insights has helped us to realise the gaps in our marketing campaigns over the years. It has helped us to close those gaps and also helped us to understand strategies used by competitors to promote their products. It has helped us to do first hand research around products released by competitors and to stay updated.

PROS

The features and services offered by Konnect Insights are easy to use and user friendly. The reports generated can be sent to anyone for quick view. You don't need to login to view the reports. Customised dashboards helps to present data with actionable insights. 90% of the sentiment analysis provided by the tool on social media post analysis is authentic compared to any other listening tool available. Analysis of Instagram stories is really good. Analysis of posts and insights gathered from competitor social media channels is really commendable. Instant support from Konnect Insights customer service team. Details mentioned in the graphs are detailed and each graph is clickable for more information. It has also launched social media command centre recently and now we love it more. Overall the tool has never disappointed me ever since I started using it.

CONS

Currently it does not capture activities on TikTok which is a big challenge for music record label like us. We do lot of influencer activity on TikTok and thousands of audience create videos everyday using our song. We don't have a tool that can capture TikTok activity as of now.

All in One Tool

The overall coverage of the tool is excellent. It has simplified the complexity of managing social media platforms for scheduling posts to tracking user engagement or making reports. We are happy to connect with konnect Insight.

PROS

Best part is that one don't have to keep juggling between different social media platforms whether you are managing ORM, ads or social media of multiple brands. It's can capture the data from various platform and gives you options to make or present customized reports from the dashboard itself.

CONS

It should have the option of Master account specially for agencies. Like a umbrella account from which management can switch to any account and see it's performance. Example Google offers MCC account.

Tool is very good & customer support is superb!

We have been using Konnect Insights for more than a year now. Since our ORM processes have been very well managed. My internal team member works on the tool full time daily. She has requested multiple additions in the tool. Konnect Insights team has been very supportive and they respond very quickly. All the requests or queries going to them gets resolved with high priority. They helped my team to understand the tool thoroughly. We are extreamly happy with the kind of support we are getting from Konnect Insights team. The two Apps of Konnect Insights as very useful and gives quick alters and response options on mobile. So your ORM is aleays under control even on the go. The analysis of brand as well as competition through Konnect Insights is very detailed. I will recommend Konnect Insights for ORM activities for the ease use & customer service/support! Keep up your pace team Konnect Insights; all the best!

Good All-round Listening and Analytics Tool

PROS

- Excellent coverage of major social platforms - An always-reachable team - Easy to use and understand - The module for social analytics of owned pages and competition is very useful - In-built Social CRM workflow module is great - One feature I absolutely love is the ability to track Instagram Tag mentions - Customizable dashboards - Not extremely expensive like other tools in the market

CONS

- The keyword query builder could be way better (like Brandwatch) - Some results are discovered late and appear under new results, increasing the likelihood of the former getting missed - The structure of the export files could be more streamlined - Some fonts on pre-made reports can get illegible - While dashboards are customizable in terms of widget choices, it would be cool to have pre-made dashboard templates with wizards that ask the user of what is needed - Also, dashboards currently allow layouts of 100%, 2x50%, 3x33% and 4x25%. A dashboard where every widget is resizeable would be great

A complete end-end solution software for Digital Agencies and Brands

Always been good, customer support is always active and helpful irrespective if its a holiday. The overall Price factor as I compared to other listening tools in the market is cost-effective. It has all those features that are needed for any digital agency today. Listening + Analytics and Publishing module.

Need more colors, themes and tool should be capable enough to add any manual data, Insights in dashboards and reports.

AB Testing - It is the best option as the user is aware of what mentions he will get before creating the topic. No wastage of mentions. Customize dashboard. Amazing Social analytics module.

CONS

Stats are not correct in CRM Report. Figures are not clearly seen in some specific charts. The dashboard should look more attractive with more themes.

There are teething issues every time a new technology is implemented in a large organisation. However, after-sales is more important than sales. The team has been quite cooperative and supportive to the newer ideas.
