The customer service and direct support with the account manager is second to none, always on hand and they listen to feedback and ideas for improvement.

While we will only be charged for active users, this does feel a bit messy to still have employees who have left still on there.

Chargifi have been responsive and helpful, setting up the system was easy and the team have found it very easy to use and have needed very little support.

We believe Team Managers and Global Admins should be able to cancel bookings on behalf of other users for instances such as severe illness etc.

We have had a great experience working with Chargifi from implementation to ongoing maintenance.

We do also feel you should be able to remove users from Kadence who are only suspended on AD. We do not permanently delete users from AD, only suspend, which means they will not remove from Kadence.

Chargifi is really easy to use and understand, it has enabled our team to return to the office with confidence and clarity.

Support line was slow to respond initially but this has since massively improved and now that we have used the software for a couple of months all issues appear to have been happily resolved.

The customer service is excellent. We receive very quick responses and Kadence are regularly building the required fixes into the app within good time.

No option to add notes for guest bookings. No option to see bookings in a calendar vs the long list.

They are super responsive and constantly adding more features. The recent self-certification feature has really helped us manage various regulatory requirements.

I love the fact it is very convenient and helpful.

The cons we were concerned with initially have already been resolved. One thing we were concerned about was a lack of meeting room booking integration.

There are no end user guides. This was very frustrating as I had to create my own.

From my perspective I find the admin screens really easy to find everything that is needed.

Unsure about limiting the number of employees that can book in on one particular day - covid issue.

We enjoy how simple and easy it is to book desks and have data on office attendance very quickly. With today's pandemic, it is very important to keep track of any tracing/interaction.

The cost of the product fits our business. It is not complicated to use and the technicians like it.

I am very happy with the ability  we have to continue to customize they system to meet our needs as they change.

Security roles and groups are too granualar. It is very difficult to manage the access rights across the many groups and role since many came oveer from an FMSpace 7.2 conversion.

The out of the box functionality is limited, thus requiring a lot of customization.

Reporting is confusing and not intuitive. Permissions and roles are confusing.

Pretty robust software, helps with all the details we are requiring for our many sites/SF.

The ability to filter the data you want similar to Excel and then export the exact/specific data you want to Excel in just a few clicks is fantastic.

Reporting is difficult to set up. You almost need a coding background.

I like that making changes to views is fairly simple. Also we are able to do a fair amount of stuff without the need for a lot of support help.

FM:Interact is a solid choice for centralizing and organizing a large portfolio such as ours. Ease of use is key and FM:Interact hits the mark.

It is easy to navigate and users quickly pick up on navigating through floor plans and views. Tech support is always on top of my issues and resolves things quickly and efficiently.

Our end users have been pleased with the ease of use and have been exceedingly happy with the amount of data they are able to glean from the system.

No mandatory fields in child views. Slowness in overall website.

When running patches, it takes a bit more time due to cutting and pasting data from folders.

The thing I like most is the ability to include the various modules (asset tracking, service requests, etc.) including uploading documents.

AutoCAD Integration is seamless. Floor Plan viewing is easy.

I really like the user interface with the graphics. I like flexibility and ease of use.

I like how simple it is to utilise Space Management and Move Management, which are what we use the most. It was basic and straightforward to learn.

My overall experience has been great. I would definitely recommend this software to other companies.
