  • Pros

  • The cost of the product fits our business. It is not complicated to use and the technicians like it.
  • I am very happy with the ability we have to continue to customize they system to meet our needs as they change.
  • Cons

  • Security roles and groups are too granualar. It is very difficult to manage the access rights across the many groups and role since many came oveer from an FMSpace 7.2 conversion.
  • That it can be hard to fix issues without making phone calls. Always a hassle dealing with internal IT and your techs.

  • Management of shared meeting spaces in a large office. Integration with gmail for simple room reservations.
  • The UI is particularly clean and generally enjoy using the product as a result, over typical legacy booking software.
  • Cons

  • A little confusing to use the hover feature to book the space separate from the calendar elsewhere on the page.
  • Luckily, I don't pay for this software, but if I did, I'd dislike the price.
