Pros:

I like the fact that it is user friendly, can help us have a hotdesking environment and choose to sit next to new faces and people.

Cons:

The newer version can have a bit of a lag at times. Especially when loading the website. Didn't have this problem in version 1

HybridHero - meets requirements, but would benefit from improvement

HybridHero is a system that generally meets requirements for my team, however would benefit greatly from an increased focus on the overall design and website/app responsiveness/functionality. I have the feeling that if the system were to feel more fluid and swift, a significantly larger % of my team would use it on a more frequent basis.

Pros:

Great customer support and relatively smooth user interface. For what it offers, the HybridHero system is adequate, but would still benefit from improvement (particularly a focus on responsiveness behind user interface when booking desks).

Cons:

Ability to modify desks is restricted, i.e. Not easy to restrict use of workstations to specific days. User interface could be improved in order to increase utilisation by my team. Long load times coupled with pages sometimes spontaneously reloading is frustrating. Staff from different offices find it difficult to understand how to book a desk in my office when they are visiting.

Nice big font and icons.. It remembers my email address to login so that is also helpful. Setting my preferences is a great function too

Cons:

I can't book longer than 1x week at a time and there is a reasonable delay when selecting your option before it actually registers and you can save that option. If you move too quickly it fails to save the options you have selected correctly

Valuable, easy to use, intuitive interface. I work for BRP and it its the first time I am using a tool like this one.

Cons:

As part of our cybersecurity awareness activities at BRP, we reviewed the user experience of Hybrid Hero and identified a few communication‑related inconsistencies that may affect the clarity and trustworthiness of the platform for end users. We wanted to share these observations to support a more coherent and professional experience across all languages and touchpoints. Below are the main issues identified (with screenshots sent to \[sensitive content hidden\] for reference): Spelling mistakes in English, such as the use of “Longin into” instead of the correct “Log in to.” Mixed-language (“franglais”) messages, where certain interface elements appear in two languages instead of consistently displaying only the language selected by the user. This issue occurs across language selections at BRP: only the sentence under the subtitle appears in the user’s chosen language, while the rest remains in English. Missing visual elements, including the absence of the Hybrid Hero logo on the confirmation page, unlike the main access page which includes the logo and reassures users that they are interacting with the correct platform. While these issues may seem minor, they may lead to user confusion or reduce confidence in the platform, especially in a cybersecurity and compliance‑sensitive environment. Pros:

Very good and simple software for hotdesk booking. We do not use it for more then that, but it suits our needs. The support are always willing to help as well, and they were great during the transition phase to the upgraded system.

Cons:

Sometimes the scaling of some items on the website aren't amazing, and some things aren't clear to some people without being told.

There are lots of desk booking sites out there, however I have found this to have the easiest to use. There are various features to enhance the experience should you choose to - however for the foundational aspect it is the best on the market.

Cons:

Whilst the mobile app is good, it would be great to be able to see who has booked desks in your space just like on the desktop app.

Why do we have to type our E mail in ?

Why do we now have to type our e mail address in every day, ???? when it was previously pre-loaded !!!!! To encourage people to use systems you should remove hoops, not add them

The online app is really slow to load from the login screen and at each step and there is no stay logged in option
