Pros
- SwipedOn support team are really friendly and easy to talk / live chat with, always happy to help and generally resolve most issues within the initial conversation.
- My overall experience with SwipedOn has been great. The customer service is excellent, the price is great and the product is easy to use.
- Very good, am happy with the platform and would consider it again as a strong candidate for visitor management software in an office scenario.
Cons
- We have quite a lot of staff and printing the whole list off takes a lot of time when the alarm is sounding and the fire warding is trying to get you out of the building.
- Assuming everyone signs in as they are supposed to, we bring the tablet with us to take roll call at emergency sites.
- If you have multiple sites and mobile staff, it is hard to transfer someone from one site to another.
Pros
- The ease of use and the ability to do both self registering or registering in the app, the dashboard is also great and has almost all the features that we need.
- Some good features, most importantly documents/agreements for things like health and safety. Support is good and the value for money compared to similar products is great.
- One of the most valuable aspects of Vizito is its robust security features. With the ability to pre-register visitors and automate badge printing, our security protocols have been strengthened.
Cons
- Can't run video presentation on it. Restricted to one office location.
- I also found that the backend felt sluggish to use, often taking a long time to load.
- A smoother reception of our visitors. Maybe some people will miss the human contact of a receptionist.
