-   The program (v 16) transcribed well (even medical terms) and is relatively easy to use once the learning curve and training have been completed.
    
-   Nine months after purchase I noted that UK English was being used by Dragon instead of American English and I could not get the output text language back to American English.

-   Very positive, it speeds my time up to maybe only 30 minutes daily with an average of 20-25 clients and patients seen daily. And customer service is very helpful and quick to respond to your needs and questions!
    
-   The bugs that make it look like the note is lost, or the bug that jumps back to Home Screen without starting to record (so if you aren't paying attention your note isn't recorded) are the big sticking points that is stopping the other doctors in my clinic from signing up
