Talkatoo has an excellent support staff to help us with any technical questions or issues that may arise. Then, it only takes a few seconds for the staff or myself to proofread and insert into our practice software. It is helping us stay current with our written patient records. It is also nice that the custom templates can be as detailed and as long as needed to meet our needs. I also really like the "Call Summary" for our patient communications... that is a huge time saver. Cons: There was a bit of a learning curve for us. I didn't really know what to expect.
