"Very positive, it speeds my time up to maybe only 30 minutes daily with an average of 20-25 clients and patients seen daily. And customer service is very helpful and quick to respond to your needs and questions!"

"The bugs that make it look like the note is lost, or the bug that jumps back to Home Screen without starting to record (so if you aren't paying attention your note isn't recorded) are the big sticking points that is stopping the other doctors in my clinic from signing up"

"The write ups the AI generates is very wordy and if I copy the write up exactly as it is written and paste it into my records, my notes end up being very long."

"Sometimes it doesn't pick up the right words, and the microphone is sensitive to all the ambient noise"
