Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like that the staff is incredibly helpful and quick to respond to emails and help desk questions. I like that they have yearly trainings at multiple times to meet the needs of all users.
- Its easy to manage and it does exactly what we need it to. When I need help with anything the employees are always pleasant, knowledgeable and solve any issues we have.
- Positive and generally satisfied. I appreciate what eSoft does; especially the exceptional customer service which is beyond exceptional.
Cons
- Memberships should begin on the first rental not when purchased. Teams option fails miserably.
- When instructors add availability, they cannot see what is happening in the facility or by month. They complain that adding time is tedious.
- Been with them for appox 10 years and still using them...If I had a problem, I would.
Pros
- I like the fact that it easy to connect to Facebook and Instagram. But the customization was wonderful as well to use.
- I love how user friendly it is and how I can use it on the go anywhere I am. Clients find it simple to use and appreciate all the features which help to reduce admin for us both.
- Its userface for students both on PC and mobile. I should also say that the price is excellent for small-medium businesses like mine and the customer support is fantastic.
Cons
- Suddenly the customer service does not answer me. I can not make up my mind if I have to worry that I gonna miss customers because I can not get into my account again.
- Their customer service was awful. I canceled with them because I found a better system and they refused a refund.
- It seems to be something that they do not actively work on, which seems crazy to me.
