Game day is a very easy to use software, a key part of this is the easy to navigate interface.

The best part of this software is that sporting results are updated quickly and we can view scores from all our club's teams daily and weekly.

Extracting financial records is also difficult there are limited filters. The cost of game day is expensive as opposed to other payment portals.

Can't make changes to errors that the software has provided.

The system has steadily improved in the 10+ years I've used the system - and the amount we use it has increased alongside this extra functionality.

I do find it quite easy to navigate which is good.

Once following a thread game schedule, stats etc the app gets lost and only action really is to back out directly. This is major cause of frustration.

The Member search function makes it easy to check if some has registered.

For the last 2 years it has been so frustrating to get scores for football out of the system - even now the Sydney Show takes up half the screen.

Overall GameDay is easy to use and I have either been able to teach myself how to use most things on the website or have found the answers in the help section.

Easy access to names/members and what they signed up, as had been set up for them.

Some of my players are having issues with rego. For example not being able to connect accounts due to email errors, ect.

Does not work well with Firefox. The website editor is impenetrable & difficult to learn or manage.

Overall I am happy with the game day software, if the few bugs are fixed it will be even better.

It's a terrific system that only needs some minor tweaks to perfect.

GameDay is a fantastic resource to go back and watch the game in more detail. It allows me to see where my team is doing well and where they can do better.

As a sporting organisation i like the ability to setup events within gameday. It allows members to register for events during the year.

The best thing about the software is that as a 61 year old I found the experience easy and straight forward. Usually there is something confusing in these things but not with Game Day.

Good to positive, I now enjoy using it and use with ease after leanring the ropes.

Sometimes I have come across some bugs whereby information was not showing up which was annoying.

No preview screen available when changing/setting up in the back end for club member registration.

The function bar is very poor with few workable buttons. I have had to type something out and hope yhe copy and paste will work.

Ads are crippling the app & ruining it fro our players. Most are not computer literate, but can use a phone.

Reporting feature is painful to use. Registration process doesn't capture mandatory data resulting in inconsistent records.

Ease of use, lay out, look of the pages, speed and quickness.

As a learner it has been good so far, I am learning more about the features available.

Not sure about Meet Manager things yet - will be implementing the whole swimtopia this season - we just did website this past year.

When we first switched over - the folks at SwimTopia we very helpful in assisting us getting our site up and running very quickly.

After using Active Hy-Tek and Team Unify for years prior, we switched to Swimtopia and it is by far the best online platform for organizing your team and running meets.

My experience with SwimTopia was fantastic. I have used other swim team management platforms in the past that were not user friendly for the administrator or end user.

Customer support is great via the help articles and emails  and by contacting the company.

It is easy to explain, and overall a great website.

Their customer support is fantastic- always responsive and knowledgeable.

We love the registration capabilities. Swimtopia let's our parents self manage all registration simply, and our treasurer loves how simple it is to get money directly into our bank account.

It immediately paid dividends for administrators and customers. Customer service is the best in the industry.

The near-seamless integration of the two very different software packages saved out team a massive amount of time and headaches we previously had in switching between other packages.

The only challenge for me was a personal challenge. I am not entirely comfortable with 'web site design' and initially thought it was going to be the worst part of the transition to SwimTopia.

The site provides coaches with all resources needed to have a successful season. The parents can easily find and search for things.

However this would not cause me to stop using the software.

It is fairly intuitive to use and once it is initially setup it is very easy to update and maintain from season to season.

For our parents who are increasingly demanding to interact with us through a phone not a laptop, this presents a few challenges.

SwimTopia is easy to use as an administrator and user. Keeps all participants informed through email, keeps track of all swim times, best times, etc.

Having all the information in one place saves us so much time. Ths software has made a huge difference for our team, we love it.

The registration and meet management functions are the best.

Sometimes it's hard to grasp all the features built into SwimTopia - when we first set it up - we were just using the basic features.

Effective, reasonably priced Swim Team Software.

The online registrations are AMAZING and our roster has grown by over 10% each year we have had SwimTopia. The website allows easy social media integration and promotion.

Reports can be a little difficult to navigate.

It all starts off with being to have one place to look for all our swimmers, meets, parent volunteers, registration, spirit wear  and fee collection... and most importantly - gives us a Great Website.

The features are perfect for our needs. On occasion we have asked the company to provide additional features and it seems like we weren't the only ones asking because it happened.

Excellent for managing swim team. Easy for users to navigate.
