Some features have limited options. To get started, I had to ask lots of questions.

Navigating and updating the website, registration and calendar are super easy.

Sometimes when adding contacts, the autosave function creates duplicate contacts. However, there is no negative impact when this happens.

As an administrator, the ease of use is amazing. The payment options, plan schedule, and transaction functions are a sweet bonus for us.

Have had our basketball program with them for 3 years. Great support who is friendly and quick to answer questions.

The payments are automatic and we had little to no control over who was charged what. We also didn’t like that the parents had to pay on the first.

There were not many features and I personally did not end up using this software as frequently. Ultimately being a waste of my parents' money.

There was no flexibility on the dates. I also hated that we couldn’t use our own website.

It is very user friendly. I am pleased with how simple tasks are to adjust my Club website without having to contact a customer service rep.

Some design can be a bit confusing until you get the hang of it.

Easy for admin, easy for coaches, easy for trainers, easy for parent and easy for team moms. I also like how you can customize reports with ease.

The customer service is great and the software is pretty intuitive.

This is a great tool if your club or group can integrate with one of the many affiliations that SportsEngine has (such as US Club Soccer).

The ability to chat with team parents quickly and without it having to be an email is the best quality of the app.
