PROS

Cloud features are most impactful. Product is very easy to use. Possibility of remote control.

CONS

Disloyal sales managers. SENET may use club statistics without my permission.

Our overall experience with Senet is good, really appreciate the customer and technical support. However some features require obvious improvement e.g. client shell stability.

PROS

The software is really user friendly, has a nice design and overall look. Customer support is great, quick and responsive.

CONS

The PC client is not stable in Kazakhstan, has lots of bugs and crashes. Sometimes, the shell just won't launch. Content management interface requires improvement, mobile version is not very functional.

Great customer service and product meets our needs

PROS

The software meets our needs and tracks usage extremely well. Support has been phenomenal.

CONS

Many of the reports and features revolve around sales, which doesn't fit our use case.
