I love the ease of use and the great technical help. The onboarding process was so great and the customer service aspect is incredible.

This is the biggest complaint i receive. Reports are a little clunky, but once you find the right one and customize it all works out.

They are always HAPPY to talk to you and always willing to help. It is really refreshing to call a customer service number and you can just tell they are smiling at the other end of the call.

Blue Sombrero was very exciting when we first started and their was hope of it being able to work for adult recreational leagues.

Nice having the website and registration integrated into the same framework.

The software team is always responsive to questions and you can call or email them to receive help. They do a good job of follow up too.

They had a test user name for that purpose. Going thru a fake account setup was cumbersome.

I loved the fact that they had videos to get you started and quick responses from tech support on other issues.

The features we liked the most were integrated background checks, volunteer applications that could be completed when parents registered their kids, and the overall streamlined experience.

Hearing from parents that they don't have to rearrange their whole day to come up to the fields for registration, or if the weather is bad.

Great Communication and Organization Tool for School Sports.

Its great on the mobile phone and allows the participants to choose what notifications they want to receive the user is in control. Love this product great for sporting teams.

It is easy to use, and is great value for money.

It offers the best platform to communicate with team members or groups and share information in real-time. It is easy to use and interactive at the same time.

Team App has allowed a good flow of messaging through the chat feature. Also the calendar is helpful for team specific events.

I like the integrations of app and website, as well as the calendar in the app. Sometimes integration to google calendar is sketchy.

We use to have trouble contacting and communicating with parents by just calling and emailing.

Customer support by reps and other team members has been amazing. There is nothing too hard and are great at suggesting best use options for a novice.

I like how it gets me quickly to my weeks attendance page so that's super easy to update. No travelling through a sitemap to get there.

And at once the benefits were obvious. The web platform and admin interface were easy to set up.

At the beginning, it's difficult to get all the players to use the app. However, the regular use of the app is more of a problem for the player than a problem of the app.

Communications is difficult; not always able to tell if you're communicating with the whole team, or only one member.

Did not match up with the structure of our programs so it was difficult to implement in a way that made sense to our processes.

This is a low cost and efficient solution for us.

Once they are able to set up so parents can manage their children's names within their account it will be brilliant. Flexibility to make it your own (look and feel) fantastic.

The inability to 'mass' load a season draw for teams. The alignment of the administration levels between team, age group and whole of club.

I like that you can integrate schedules, with volunteer assignments and communication.

I have recommended this software to other businesses and find it the best way to be in touch with our community.

This is more of an annoyance than a drawback of the Team App, but it has been my experience so far.

Not being able to delete multiple documents at a time is a real pain.

The problem that Team App Helped me with was getting connected with those who did not have a phone in service or didn’t have social media.

Its easy to use, has great features  and has transformed the team communication and management.
