SSPR seems stable and effactive, we have it on-prem. Happy with it so far. Seems more flexible, and their support is really quick. We use FatPass for our staff and students, we are very pleased it has the needed flexility in terms of the different user groups we have it enables us to build different profiles per user group securing the right process for users, I really like it's flexibility, security, compatiblity and feature set, it is relative easy to implement in your environment. FastPass SSPR functionality significantly reduces the complexity, IT costs and time spent when our company employees get locked out of the system due to login credential issues, which directly contributes to operational efficiency. The software's user-friendliness and integration capabilities reduce the time and resources typically required for the traditional password reset process. Recommended for entities like our company that operate remotely aiming for high user adoption, practicality and convenience with SSPR. 47% of our business clients and employees forget their login credentials, password and get system locked out every month. This used to cause a huge impact on our revenue and productivity. FastPass SSPR gets this fixed as password and account recovery gets sorted out ASAP. The best feature is the secured, built-in workflow integrations with major platforms (like Microsoft, Google, RSA, SAP, Oracle etc) for multi-factor authentication.
