The Dojo community forum, user groups and annual Domopalooza are all great resources that allow customers to network and share ideas.

My overall experience has been frustrating. Customer service always replies initially, but never again after that.

It has been great and my team and I really enjoy working with it.

Customer service reps are very pleasant and helpful. The UI and all info on dashboard is great - all info is in real-time too.

Domo has cut the distance between themselves and Tableau, but they still have not surpasses them.

While it is a great program for taking data from multiple sources and making useful charts, the cost can be extremely prohibitive.

The support case has been open for nearly a month and has  just been escalated to someone that appears to know how to read the code I have been sending them to trouble shoot THEIR integration.

I really like how you can graphically present high-level data and then give users the ability to drill down to get the underlying data based on multiple parameters.

Think about how much data you have before you go and buy it. Unless you have a lot of info coming in, it's a waste of money.

Accordingly, the agreed POC project completely failed yet their sales/legal team tried to threaten & demand for a 3 year licensing fee.

It was a horrible experience from the start with a group of young men that had no business consulting.

Readily available on the desktop, laptop and mobile with all of the great features intact.

Domo makes a tedious part of the job a breeze. I love the features and it makes working with customers quick and efficient.

Domo gives you an extract of the information, and if you need to add filters, you perfectly can click on the expand option and add it. The data is easy to understand and analyze.

Once you get your head around it, the interface is powerful and intuitive although the learning curve is steep.

My experience so far has been very good. It provides the drill-down capability that isn't readily available with other applications.

It's incredibly powerful and allows any one (regardless of coding or data science background) the ability to create dynamic reports and complex data automations.

Reports are beautiful and can be customized in endless ways. Data integrations are numerous and allow companies to bring in data from a wide variety of sources.

So I wouldn’t classify this as a con, but if there is one thing that frustrates me, that’s it.

Very inuitive and visually appealing. Helps develop KPIs for management that is super helpful for decision making.

Small organizations may have a difficult time justifying the cost.

The ETL is pretty simple to learn. Implementation consultant (that's NOT DOMO) is pretty responsive, if you get a good company.

Great, our Analytics Team lives in DOMO and the output they provide is wonderful.

Various chart types and easy integration with current business processes were definitely a plus in navigating the software and completing projects on time or sooner than expected with great results.

Just a very tough tool to use and is very limited if not technical.

I like being able to check status of monthly revenue without having to go through our CRM system. Domo automatically imports all relevant information and summarizes it in one sheet.

Good product with lots of promise let down by the worse customer support I've ever experienced.

Aggregate Reporting in Domo is Nice and Easy to Use.

Very good at collating data and presenting with multiple graphs and layout. Best for daily reporting and checking stats.

It is excellent to have a variety of quantifiable metrics for our website. It helps us make business decisions about projects.

Would certainly recommend for it's value for money benefit.

There are many things about Data Studio I liked. I liked being able to make beautiful, fully customizable reports integrating data from multiple sources.

I love that is easy to use, it has great customization, and really easy share.

I loved the fact that there are templates for interactive web page dashboards that help shortcut visualizations and common display formats for data.

Ability to integrate with Big Query. Different charts that are available.

I like the interactive way you present the reports. An advantage of using Google products is that there is a large community that contributes with tutorials and experiences.

But once the reports are setup and all the metrics are tracking, the reports look beautiful and presenting results to a group or a team is a breeze.

It's a fast way to put together a visually appealing dashboard without a lot of the 'frills' of the bigger players like Power BI.

If you do not change the data sources when copying a report, if you change it later, the original report will also get affected which became a cause for embarrassment for us at one time.

Another great free tool from Google. Exciting to see how this evolves and compliments Google Analytics data with reporting.

There are still a number of functions which can be done in GA which are difficult or impossible in GDS.

Also, this tool have a perfect integration for reading data from Google Sheets.

I liked how this product was easy to use and navigate.

A great solution for non-essential dashboarding solutions.

Lack of metrics functionality and aggregations that you need to do from the query side. Also visual customization are really poor for graphs.

Can’t move files to Team Drives. Separation between data and visualization is confusing.

I really like it it is really easy to use and i love it and i dont really like how people try to use u for your money and try and scam you but other than that its really helpful.

It's relatively easy to use and helps effectively visualize data. All of our clients love the reports that we are able to put together for them.

Another cool thing is the range of features it offers to compete with all major players in the market but at such an impressive pricing.

The inability to leave comments is a bummer. Every other Google product you can leave comments and tag people.

But yes, Google Data Studio will deliver all info you need in a beautiful interface - don't worry. Good price, clear and light interface, access from any device.

Loved having the ability to add our data sources to create intelligent and aesthetically pleasing charts.

Being able to automate analysis because of the ubiquity of Google sheets connectors made this an incredible free option for a non profit organization.

It really is the poor man's business intelligence automation tool.

The Google share settings annoy me but that isn't specific to this program, just Google as a whole.

Very useful application, for what it is proposed. And its price is quite good for what it provides.

Google Data Studio has the ability to create your own visualization Community Visualization and ready-made reports can later be used as templates.

I also like the fact that one can creates his own visualisation. To have this level of customisation is quite impressive.

Ability to create custom reports from Google Analytics data. Ability to style/format reports as you wish - fonts/colours/graphics etc.
