  • Pros

  • The support is outstanding with SEQTA doing all that it can do make sure the product works for you.
  • As an administration tool it is excellent. It manages administration content very well and is a great CMS.
  • The support team is fantastic. I know the company prioritises this, so there is always someone knowledgeable to answer the phone and talk you through the issue and potential solutions.
  • Cons

  • It is impossible to manage or prioritise communication. Teachers are sick of me asking to re-send communications to my email address.
  • One other thing we dislike is the cost that we now incur if we need changes made.
  • Login frustrations, can't reset password via email... was told to contact school who confirmed the username and password we should be using but it doesn't work.

  • TeacherZone makes sharing content with parents and student super easy. It's an excellent assist to the classroom and one-on-one teaching sessions.
  • My overall experience has been extremely pleasant. TeacherZone has given me the tools that I need for the small business in order to succeed.
  • Additionally, the customer service and training team is excellent. You really feel like you are part of a community.
  • Cons

  • Having to login to the mobile website continuously during lessons is frustrating for some of our teachers and assigning practice in real-time isn't intuitive and can be time consuming.
  • At times, I find that it can be confusing to use.
  • It offers a ton of stuff. I find it hard to navigate through all of its features (which says more about me than TZ).
