When it comes to in-house research, we tend to struggle with the easily available online platforms like Typeform or MS forms which do not provide good routing capabilities to meet our needs. The price point for the "full access" version is about 60% less than Decipher or Qualtrics. #### Cons There are sometimes a couple of minor bugs. (E.g., on one study, my automated "thank you" notes to respondents worked for the first 10 or so completes, but after that, nobody was being sent a "thank you" message. Their pricing model is brilliant - full transparency, one seat - one fee - no surprises, no worrying that a large-scale project will kill your budget. #### Cons I value innovation and I don't see much. I am sure they are doing things, but their marketing is basic and uninspiring. I'd like to hear about big new things happening, offerings that wow, amazing new UI updates, or fun AI integrations. Alchemer that automates all survey processes precisely and efficiently. Many of the features that I appreciate about Alchemer include: ease of use, pre-made templates, and the ability to produce surveys in minutes. Then he can send it to the target groups, collect replies, and extract the results to start the analytic processes. Alchemer's output is compatible with various statistical tools, making statistical work easier and less time consuming. New features are coming out from time to time and it is getting more and more powerful. It can be a great tool for all levels of users. There are simple easy to use features but there's also room available for advanced users to do custom scripts writing, etc to bring in more robotic and automatic survey flow. It also integrates really well with Salesforce and Google Sheets, etc. #### Cons Pricing! All these years we've been with SurveyGizmo we've gone through a huge price hike. They have different tiers of pricing/user licenses. Great tool for our teams and easy for them to understand their property reviews. We use the ChatExec feature as well and love it. Amazing customer service. Our account rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], goes above and beyond for us and helps train our teams. I love that we can also use their Listings and social media service as well. We appreciate that there are multiple facets to Chatmeter, so we don't have use a variety of vendors. #### Cons The only con I see is that I would love for the social media posting tool to be more robust. We currently use Soci as a scheduling tool for social media. I use it to survey customers and trades. I also use it for tracking quality by making up several quality surveys. The data from them has been incredible and easy to collect. In addition, the platform allows me to distribute my surveys through multiple channels, such as email, social networks and WhatsApp, which has allowed me to reach a wider audience. #### Cons The cost of the platform is somewhat high, although it is justified by the quality of the product. It takes almost zero time to orient yourself to the design tool, even if you are a novice, and little time to create a survey if you have prepared questions from which you are working. You can rearrange the questions on a whim, preview the survey in test mode and invite others to do the same. The results will display in charts and graphs for a snapshot of the outcome and exports to a variety of formats for quick use. #### Cons There isn't much capability for customization for the look and feel of the survey. If you are wanted to stand on 'brand' or communicate a particular 'tone' with your survey, this will make it challenging. No incentive was offered If you are part of a small business or dynamic business that needs to pivot as business needs dictate, you should NOT consider Chatmeter services. Along with numerous obstacles, the pandemic brought debilitating staffing challenges for our business, and we had to close multiple locations. Chatmeter would not provide any assistance by reducing the number of locations in our contract. We were forced to pay for expensive services that could not be used during an incredibly difficult period. When our annual renewal bill was sent, we notified Chatmeter that we wanted to cancel and explained we could no longer utilize their services without many locations in operation. Chatmeter stated that we were required to cancel at least 60 days prior to the annual bill (even though they sent no notice or reminder of this). The only option Chatmeter would provide, besides a payment plan for the entire annual bill, was to buy out the annual contract for nearly $4,000! Small business owners need the option to discontinue services with reasonable timing if they do not meet current business needs. Inflexibility and unfairness help no one and it’s simply not good business. Once you've done so, you can send the survey to your target audience in a matter of minutes. Using Alchemer, you'll be able to easily generate reports in the form of tables and graphs with a different structure after collecting questionnaires from recipients. This data can be exported from Alchemer in a format that can be used by a variety of statistical analysis packages. #### Cons Alchemer allows me to generate the surveys I need and acquire the information I need so that I may begin my study. No incentive was offered We try to make sure all initiatives at Unbounce are customer driven, so we need ways to keep tabs on customer feedback, and continually assess customer satisfaction. I initially adopted Survey Gizmo to send a one-off survey to our customers. They survey & reports were easy to set up and their support team was absolutely phenomenal (so much so, they've become a *huge* inspiration for the way we run our support team at Unbounce. They set a hiiiiiiigh bar!). The surveys we run through Survey Gizmo helps us inform our product team of product requests and UX issues, it helps our customer success team know what kinds of content we should create and how we can better support our customers, and it helps give visibility into the various KPIs we use to evaluate our team's performance. We now have several surveys that are emailed to our customers at certain milestones in their lifecycle, and the feedback we get from them is absolutely critical. #### Pros Easy to use visual survey builder PHENOMENAL customer support Great integrations with 3rd party tools (Google Spreadsheets, email notifications etc.) #### Cons When trying to edit multiple survey fields in succession, there is some animation this slows things down a bit.
