  • So intuitive, continously improved with more and more interesting and useful features, amazing customer service, enables to do almost all what I can imagine.

  • Multi-lingual, easy, powerful, excellent reporting

  • Cons

  • Not everything is possible in the software. Sometimes I feel like the software is a little behind other (newest) software in the market. But I'm happy with the overall service and software.

  • The difficulty to change the lay-out of questions and the invitation mail. There are some buttons, but the options are limited.
