Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The modular panels are very helpful and the design is pretty intuitive when you're constructing your email. I don't typically like drag-and-drop functionalities but this one does it pretty well.
  • The functionality of the email campaigns are great and we feel like we're just scratching the surface when it comes to their capability.
  • Cons

  • Our organization is unsure of if this is a problem with the company or Gmail, but that is one obstacle we have come across.
  • The only complaint (and it really isn't a complaint) is that they don't have a local feel to them. We are in a tough market.

  • Ease of building forms either as stand-alone solutions or integrated via Connectors to Salesforce.com Very responsive and knowledgeable customer service.
  • I love that I can create surveys on Form Assembly that make it very easy for the people completing the surveys to fill out. I get all of the information that I need in a clean and organized way.
  • Cons

  • After setting up the connection with Salesforce, it was a bit difficult for my client to go in and edit form fields as necessary - they ended up breaking some things.
  • To be specific, there should be a way to customize the error message when the form is filled incorrectly by the user. Right now, the error message the form generates is not user friendly.
