  • Pros

  • Very good just want more because they are that good. Great product and great programming of it.
  • They benefitted from the ease of use and increased standard of quality of their work.
  • The best feature about the software is that you can have multiple submission data stores, which gives great flexibility for storing data as well as interpreting the submitted information.
  • Cons

  • You have to pay for each additional user which costs and can add up. Naming the app Forms and the company Device Magic confused our staff sometimes, too.
  • The only downside is that once a form is dispatched to a device, it cannot be subsequently edited, in any way other than transferring to a different device.
  • Some of the integrations are limited. It is a bit more difficult to use 'live' data as a source within the forms.

  • The templates are beautiful, you can literally do anything with them. All of my forms are so easy to customize, which has helped me improve our conversion rates tremendously.
  • Overall, its a great platform to incorporate into my business. Simple tools are the best way to go and the advantage of signature figure and pdf was perfect for the success of my business.
  • Overall, my experience with Jotform has been outstanding. The platform's intuitive interface and customizable features have made data collection a seamless process.

  • When I was stuck at work with a database that was just terrible, I instead got jotform.
  • This had me doubt this service. Regarding the software, I would say that the form blocks are a bit confusing for me.
  • I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.
