We’re able to generate reviews more efficiently now, and we even have the opportunity to generate 1st party reviews while asking for 3rd party reviews. Cons: The platform is a little difficult to navigate - with so many customizable features, it’s defiantly not a minimalistic design. The way to automate the review gathering process is great, and it helps keep a steady flow of reviews coming in for our clients, which helps them build their business. Cons: A few features and the UI are a bit clumsy and sometimes things are a bit hard to find. A few more ways to customize the look of request e-mails, a quick way to "mask" the review link to a custom one, and maybe a build-in editor for customizing the review widget embed code would be great. This creates a much higher probability of receiving reviews! And the reports are comprehensive and very easy to share results with upper management.
