Give My View was not only fun and easy to use, it enabled us to reach an extremely impressive number of people who would not normally engage with the Local Plan. Overall, it has been an excellent experience with fantastic support from the Built-ID team, who go out of their way to help and offer solutions to our many asks. We were able to provide the survey in nine community languages - a real achievement. Using Give My View was a new and exciting way for us to consult with our community and to reach people we don't normally get a chance to engage with. The software is easy to use, very intuitive and the resulting surveys look really good. The results of our first survey so far have gone way beyond our expectations. Cons: We would like a way to capture email addresses for people who want to be contacted about more consultation, without having any feedback box and still have the privacy notice etc. Feedback box where we can choose the number of characters allowed. More flexibility in some of the question formats - maybe a way of building your own bespoke question format?
