  • I love how it helps to gain information and/or data quickly. A great tool for an elementary principal and technology integrator.
  • Excellent software to get the feedback and a super analytical software. Wow, we can analyze the responses in many ways.
  • Cons

  • Its way behind the times now, with awful, unattractive interface, skins and functionality, badly needs an overall.
  • One of the limitations on Google Forms is the lack of templates. This means that your forms can border on the boring.

  • The analytical data it provides helps coach and improve employees ability to offer great customer service.
  • What I like most about the software is the ease of use which is very important to me as a user.
  • Cons

  • If you make a mistake when setting up your reviewing, you have to start from the beginning to fix that mistake, you can't just fix it.
  • That it allows your customers, the ones who are super upset or unhappy, to continue to contribute to a neg rating. Also, i don't think it integrates with zendesk.
