There is a lack of customizations, and it can be difficult to determine how to make a form match a company's culture or outlook. There also can be struggles with exporting data once received.

The new pricing structure is a little more confusing and my costs went up upon migration from the legacy account.

Because I am an occasional user, I am very happy to have the option of a free basic account, with the option to upgrade for enhanced features should I ever need to.

However, if it is off, and then someone responds, and you then turn it on, the system seems to continue to log the information, although it hides.
