There is a lack of customizations, and it can be difficult to determine how to make a form match a company's culture or outlook. There also can be struggles with exporting data once received.

SurveyMethods is a great product that easily out-performs most costly apps such as Survey Monkey, which I had used for several years. Very intuitive and easy to learn as a first-time user.

I have used this software for more than a decade. The newer versions of it are more difficult and less intuitive than previous versions, especially in survey analysis and report creation.
