  • Pros

  • Jotform is very easy to use, design your form, share the link and process the results. The most amazing is to format the answers in PDF.
  • I love love love this product. We’ve made forms that are for return requests and some that people can place orders from.
  • Cons

  • On two occasions, I have lost hours of work despite saving religiously. I haven't been able to reproduce this so I can't report ti.
  • This had me doubt this service. Regarding the software, I would say that the form blocks are a bit confusing for me.

  • It doesn't take much time to setup a basic survey with a Welcome and Thank You page. To make the surveys look more professional, we can customize every page with the features available in QuestionPro.
  • With a little experience, most of the functions are easy to use. Thanks to the simple integration of a survey via a link, QuestionPro can be integrated into the work process as quickly as desired.
  • Cons

  • It was disappointing that the White Label option was removed but overall nothing substantive.
  • The editor for the message is also very simple and you are restricted to one template.
