  • Pros

  • Very user friendly, has great customer support and statistical rigor. Sawtooth has great name recognition in the industry and is accepted as a go to software for choice modelling.
  • The features I like most about using this software are the ease of learning the program, and the quick and responsive customer service.
  • Cons

  • My largest negative about the software has to do with how complicated the surveys are that I had to deal with.
  • So having a chart / problem troubleshooter somewhere could enable people to use Lighthouse more, for more analysis.

  • The analytical data it provides helps coach and improve employees ability to offer great customer service.
  • What I like most about the software is the ease of use which is very important to me as a user.
  • Cons

  • If you make a mistake when setting up your reviewing, you have to start from the beginning to fix that mistake, you can't just fix it.
  • That it allows your customers, the ones who are super upset or unhappy, to continue to contribute to a neg rating. Also, i don't think it integrates with zendesk.
