Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • They did and do exactly what they said they would, in the amount of time that they said they would do it and there were no hidden fees. The service is great. The quality rocks!

  • Mobile app is easy to navigate, never gives me any trouble.

  • Cons

  • Nextiva only had a few hit or miss moments in which case operations were suspended during heavy traffic times. Other than that, it is a great service they provide.

  • There are cheaper chat tools in the market but we prefer to use a higher quality service to ensure the best experience for our customers. It’s just better for everyone that way.

  • Pros

  • I love the speed. Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh, between the pages of the questions. The modern look & feel is excellent. A large variety of question types.

  • I love that the app has various functionalities such as, offline capability, email alerts, and truly stunning survey designs

  • Cons

  • That it costs more than my budget will allow me to spend on a repeated basis. But other than that, it's worth it!

  • Saving large questionaire took a while. There isn't much cons on this product. Really liked your service and customer support.
