  • Pros

  • The analytical data it provides helps coach and improve employees ability to offer great customer service.
  • What I like most about the software is the ease of use which is very important to me as a user.
  • Cons

  • If you make a mistake when setting up your reviewing, you have to start from the beginning to fix that mistake, you can't just fix it.
  • That it allows your customers, the ones who are super upset or unhappy, to continue to contribute to a neg rating. Also, i don't think it integrates with zendesk.

  • It doesn't take much time to setup a basic survey with a Welcome and Thank You page. To make the surveys look more professional, we can customize every page with the features available in QuestionPro.
  • With a little experience, most of the functions are easy to use. Thanks to the simple integration of a survey via a link, QuestionPro can be integrated into the work process as quickly as desired.
  • Cons

  • It was disappointing that the White Label option was removed but overall nothing substantive.
  • The editor for the message is also very simple and you are restricted to one template.
