Pros/Cons
Pros
- The range of features is great. Ability to email responses to be automatically read is great.
- What I like most about Papersurvey is its ease of use and the friendly customer service.
- Many desirable features were already implemented and the amazing support team promptly implemented those that weren't.
Cons
- Manually verifying written responses, especially for a large set of data alone can be quite daunting.
- There is a bit of a learning curve to scanning and also to creating the surveys in a manner that will reduce user error.
- There were some minor bugs and annoyances in some of the question formatting, but most of these were quickly fixed.
Pros
- I am a programmer/IT consultant/Software engineer. Not having to write a tool to fix the data is a very nice win.
- The user experience is amazing. But what is even better is there customer service.
- But SaasAnt fills this void beautifully, and the customer service is always top notch - even when it turns out that my questions have easy answers.
Cons
- I confirm, from moment you buy (you get no refund, no trial), no support, only chat with waste of time, and even if you open tickets, and wait, no one will come.
- VERY limited ability to translate input or output data if it does not match Quickbooks fields. When informed their software was inadequate they refused to give a refund.
- Then tried to upload template after entering in test data and failed to upload.
