The team is very responsive and flexible, as a matter of fact, when we first started using it, they addressed our queries in a matter of few minutes. I love the fact, that if you send in a product request they personally follow up which is quite rare to see. The Saas meets all the expectations and allowed us to switch from expensive plans to something more affordable without losing out on any features. Qwary also allows easy collect of data through forms that are shareable by email, text and messenger. Cons: What I like least about Qwary is the lack of SMTP email options. When sending surgery’s directly through the platform, it sends through Qwary’s email. This should be improved to allow adding of my own SMTP. This will improve the customer experience and deliverability.
