Having used this survey company for a little more than a year, currently I have no reason to look for another survey company to use.

Getting a QR code was not as intuitive as SurveyMonkey, but their customer service easily bypassed this problem.

Navigating between projects was a little confusing. Not all changes after test survey made it to the visual report but was available in data export.

SoGo Survey is an amazing platform that serve all of our needs with great customer support, and super easy to use.

The integration with MS-Excel is amazing. You let people take the survey, and you get the result in minutes in Excel.

It appears that the basic version is so limited that it's useless.

If you don't, the price would be very costly. With that being said, it is still a great application with a lot of great features.

My institution purchases Qualtrics, and while excellent, that software is priced beyond the means of typical individual researchers.

I can see this work really well when used inside businesses for 360 reviews or leadership surveys as the tool offers you to add e-mail recipients even including e-mail templates.

Lately with all the bots an d trolls attacking and answering many times Facebook polls, I was forced to eliminate them.

What really keeps me in the tool is the frequent improvement of the service. The people who run it listen to their users and have greatly improved the usability of the software.

It's not the prettiest of the survey platforms that I use.

Spark Chart packs a lot of power at a reasonable price.

I can't think of anything we don't like about it.

The only issue I had was the lack of some features that are now already in the new developments timetable and others have already been implemented.
