Pros/Cons
Pros
- The best part is that the tool is mobile friendly and you can organize your survey efficiently. I liked the customer service too as they are quick to resolve all queries.
- We were impressed with everything Qualtrics had to offer right off the bat, and I've continued to be impressed with the innovations and improvements they've deployed over the years.
- Customer support/our Qualtrics rep has also been great in helping us structure the questions to make sure they are phrased correctly and are fair to the people answering them.
Cons
- Use of the "Blocks" can be difficult to navigate if you have little experience using the interface.
- When you mass send out a survey through Qualtrics, it often ends up going into people's spam folders. Also, sometimes the piped text features as well as adding contacts can be overly complicated.
- Depending on what level of account you have, you can be limited in response options.
Pros
- The flow builder works great and there are just a huge number of ways to build logic into the flows. We have a complex UI, and so it is great to have several methods of building logic to fall back on.
- Making and deploying the flows was fun - it's like playing a game. Implementation was effortless for our developers.
- It is a great tool at a great price. The customer service is great.
Cons
- There is no way for new user to test the full version of the software before subscribing to the premium version. This is wrong and they should fix it.
- Limited on what I can access from my mobile phone on Userflow platform. Takes a long time to load and occasionally failing completely to be accessible on my Android OS device.
