Pros/Cons
Pros
- SurveyLab have demonstrated to be a great solution, as well as a terriffic business partner solving our business needs and supporting our business model. They are always flexible and open to help.
- The software is doing really well with big sets of data. This is super cool as even if you collect hundreds of thousands of responses for a single survey the access to the reports is super quick.
- Quite frankly this is the best solution I came across so far. This tool is easy to utilize and the surveys are perfectly customized to mobile devices.
Cons
- I am a poor student so I can't afford the full version yet.
- There were a hiccup during the running of the survey due to a platform update, which did cause the survey to stop functioning.
- I had small problem with question number manipulation, it is manageable but took some time. Beside that I do not see any cons.
Pros
- Its enjoyable and probably the easiest software I've ever come across, and it takes no more than minutes, it's a win win situation.
- Good features, easy to use, and walks you through the entire process. Easy to recruit users and seamlessly integrates with other platforms like Teams.
- However a quick demo to run or utilize the program to its core would be great. Also, a quick and accessible tutorials on how to effectively use credits for usability testing would be great.
Cons
- It's not very frequent and if you dont respond fast you miss out on participating.
- The inability to conduct tests directly on live products can limit the realism of the testing experience.
- In the Demographics settings (customising panel recruiting), I wish there was an option of 'all BUT X' so I don't have to select/include several of a demographic's categories just so one is excluded.
