I used it in my university research; I had to submit the questionnaire to students attending a course. Survio was the perfect solution because of its straightforward usability. It is a very reliable tool.

It's very simple to build a questionnaire with multiple pages to improve readability. Simple and effective. With the free version you can download the pdf format of every single answer. The premium versions allows to use logic for enable or disable certain answers depending on your previous choices. The best part is the possibility to choice the kind of answer, i.e. scale, yes/no, with the possibility to add an "other" text field where responders can add their motivation (i.e. "other, please explain"). You can also use likert-like scale, radio button, multiple choices buttons, etc. You can choose to receive e-mails when someone answers the poll or the questionnaire.

The free version allows only 100 answers per day, however the premium accounts improves this numbers. Moreover, you can't download answers in xls version with the free account, you need a premium account to do that. The fees are expensive, expecially if used as academic like me. However, you can ask for a discount for student and academic purposes.

We really benefitted from having Survio to manage our HR surveys. It's very cost effective and easy to use and set up. It saved us from having to pay more for a bigger survey tool that we wouldn't have even used that much

I love the drag and drop builder. It works very smoothly and looks very easy on the eye. I think it makes it much easier to use, especially for non-technical personnel. I also like all the native integrations they have available. It was a good surprise to not have to use API to connect it to our other tools

The embedded surveys are far from 100% stable. We've seen instances where the survey would take forever to load or the buttons wouldn't load at all

To get a student discount, you have to write reviews BEFORE you even had the opportunity to fully use Survio. I understand that reviews are important for a product and I was able to tell a few things about Survio, but not everything due to the fact that I haven't used it yet. I'm sure that I won't be dissapointet by Survio, but I'd wish that I could have given the reviews AFTER I used Survio. It would be more honest.

I like the posibilities that Survio gives me for my research and work. It´s easy to set and use.

Wish you could label the pages when creating a survey, it would save a lot of time. Would also like to be able to change question type (i. e. single choice to multiple choice) without having to create a new question from scratch.

Survio is very easy to use, especially if you are a student, who uses surveys in their studies. I can easily create longer surveys just the way I like, because Survio offers multiple types of questions and other possibilities such as marking questions as compulsory or optional. Another benefit is that you can separate survey into sections, regarding the topic of questions. I also appreciate ability to put text in the beginning and at the end of survey. When it comes to dealing with responses, you can see nice and interactive overview of results of collected answers. I wish all the pro features were not charged. But I am still quite surprised with the great deal you get for free! I got used to working with Survio very quickly and would not change it to a different survey-maker.

Very handy tool for students to use for research. I have used this tool for both my thesis as other school related projects. It's very easy to use and the results are very well displayed in your own preferable graphs. The only thing I missed in this thool was the ability to let the responders choose a language in which they would like to have a survey in. Other than that Survio is a great research tool that i personally recommend to everyone! not only students!

The ease of use and the survey possibilities. You have a lot of other survey tools, but this one is hands down the easiest to use. The fact that you can do researches on the free version says alot.

The only thing that i missed was a feature that i could insert multiple language surveys to one survey (it's hard to explain). That was the only thing that i really missed. Other than that it's a very good tool.

Nice and user-friendly interface, where is super easy to create simple forms or surveys even for a beginner. Although I'm using only the free trial version, for now, I can see that it's possible to use integration and automation, which can be really helpful. I also like that the surveys are 100% responsive on mobile devices, which is super important these days.

What I miss is the more customizable linear scale, text paragraph with the bigger box to write. The design could be also more customizable but then it probably wouldn't have that advantage of super simplicity.

I'm working on my phd , and I needed to create a survey for my research, I hope thanks to survio I'll be able also to work easily on gathering my results , which will help me to do my analysis etc. :-)
