Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It was great for me to know what our customers think about us. A great way to add some post sale assistence.

  • Easy to use, great technical support, various types of questions enable user to make really relevant questionnaire.

  • Cons

  • It is only a pity that the possibilities (eg to export results) in the free version are rather limited. The premium services are not cheap and can only be purchased annually.

  • One of the drawbacks of Survio is that it is not possible to edit the size of columns in question types and it is not possible to change the font size.

  • Pros

  • Simplicity, its easy to use. Has every option that one needs. Its easy to integrate with zoho crm. It has also saved us a lot of money by enabling us to work with less staff.

  • Very easy to use, and it incorporates most important features, and you can pay per month, which is also a plus. Since you can manage how often you use the application

  • Cons

  • The surveys can look a bit clunky... but if design is not a high priority, Zoho Survey (and Zoho in general) is a great tool.

  • There is not much I can say as a weakness for now, however continuous improvement to make customer experience more memorable is key for sustainable growth of Zoho.
