Voxco Online is a survey solution that allows users to create online questionnaires, surveys and forms with different formats, such as multiple choice, sliders, ranking and more. It also offers functionalities such as skip logic, question randomization and filters to change what questions are shown to respondents. It can be deployed as either a cloud-based or on-premise solution.
While creating surveys, users can add multimedia, such as video or audio clips, as well as change fonts, colors and logo to suit branding needs. Surveys can be shares as a pop-up link embedded on a website or shared via social media, SMS or email. Users can create a panel of active respondents to send regular survey invitations.
Voxco Online enables users to run reports on metrics such as responses, survey completion, dropout rates, devices used and more. Reports can be exported to Excel, SPSS, CSV or TXT files.

Having the mixed mode option is a great idea but we have run into a lot of obstacles in using it. First we had to wait almost a month to be upgraded to the new version. Then when we tried using it ourselves and contacted support for help, their solutions were not correct. It took more than 3 months to be able to launch a survey using this method and it still does not work perfectly to fit our needs.
