Além de ser uma ferramenta muito fácil de usar, é possível organizar as respostas do campo aberto através de tags, o que deixa o conteúdo ainda mais rico e simples para análise.Poder acompanhar quais são os pontos de contato que interferem na nota do cliente também é bem bacana.

Sinto de falta de ter um ranking em algumas situações.Ex.: - Organizar os pontos de contato por nota.- Organizar as academias por nota de NPS
