Zonka Feedback offers feedback forms and customer satisfaction surveys in various formats, such as on a tablet or on a kiosk, designed for companies to gather and analyze the data. The solution can be utilized by hotels and other hospitality businesses, spas and salons, retail chains, banks, health care or any other consumer-oriented business.

The feedback forms are fully customizable to match the branding of the company and employ rating scales, pre-defined templates and a form builder. Customers can then fill forms on a kiosk in a hotel lobby, for example, or by tablet following a purchase.

A guest feedback manager can support multiple locations and sources of feedback so that chain businesses can manage data from all customers. This functionality is collaborative so that a team can add tasks or notes or send emails to customers. Zonka Feedback can also alert managers about negative feedback via SMS messaging so it can be addressed in a timely and correct way.

Zonka Feedback offers reporting features to dissect the feedback data and provide actionable information to improve the business.

Easy to use, user can easily navigate and we can customize the feed back pages by own. Easy to track the feedbacks.

Cons

Exporting the data is lityle bit challenge. We can select different columns but exported data have different columns.

Great data around client satisfaction.

Pros

Zonka is very easy to use, and the customization and reporting options are endless. It's very easy to create a professional-looking survey in minutes.

Cons

I have yet to encounter much that I would change. Some of the raw data is a little difficult to look at sometimes, but in the past 6 months, Zonka has made many improvements in this area.

The best part is we moved from paper feedback system to zonka app which is completely digital and it has every day alert notification which is great.
