Long Time User
The product is a great product, I have been using it for many years. I like the features but I feels some of them should be added in with the product.
PROSIs is user friendly, the price is reasonable and it provides the latest features.

Easy to use and affordable
I have been using TaxAct for over 12 years. It is a great program.
PROSI like the cloud version so that my employees and I can work from home when necessary in preparing taxes.
CONSWould like to be able to add more notes where I can see them easily

TaxAct Professional Software
TaxAct helps me run my business as a tax preparation service, gives me most tools I need to meet client's expectations.
PROSTaxAct is a fairly priced software to use for preparing most of my clients returns. Ease of use is important so that I am efficiently spending my time on a tax return.
CONSIt doesn't have functions to prepare a few of my returns properly but most other software this is true of as well.
Reason for choosing TaxAct Professional
TaxAct is significantly less expensive then Lacerte.

Love Using Product Daily
I love the product and customer service. Do wish they offered more chat and email support.
PROSI absolutely love using this product. I am in it everyday and love it.
CONSI would like to have more instruction on how to use features etc. I feel like I may or be getting my full use. I would also like to see the software integrate more with other software more seamlessly.
