The sales team do a good job of convincing you that everything will run smoothly, and the software is just as good as PTP. Cons: The accounts production software is limited and only good for simple clients, the customer service is terrible. When you have a problem you need to raise a ticket which takes days to respond to. When you ring you go through to an overseas call center staffed with people who only know how to raise a ticket.
