The software is very simple to use initially, but has some fun tricks you can pick up on with repeated use. It's very well organized, and has a lot of strong built-in tools.

Overall, the software does a decent job taking information, running it through current tax law, and inputting on forms. I like how it integrates with Engagement.

I love that you usually can figure out how the software is calculating by using the F1 help function.

For any firm that is medium sized, this is the best option you have for your software.

I have found this to be one of the best tax preparation software's that I have used and even though it is more costly than most others, it is a good value.

Tax is complicated so I get that they can't program fro everything that may come up but sometimes it is a struggle to get simple things right.

They were always working on it and adding new features. Support people were very good on the phone.

The chat support is very knowledgeable for when you just can't figure things out. Constant updates means they are always working towards a better, more accurate product.

I like that w2s can be automatically transferred into TurboTax. It is also helpful that it stores my information from previous tax years.

Easy to follow step by step , and many build-in integration  with many financial institute, so easy to import many tax doc without manual input.

As a raltively new entrepreneur, I like the ability to save money and still be able to get quality tax advice.

The only problem would be logging on and off - that is sometimes an issue.

There were no features that I felt were missing and/or could be improved as of now.

Transitioning to business was very easy. Tracking and ease of use to properly do taxes is awesome.

In cases where I have been confused, a quick google search yields many results from their site and customer support, which have answered every question I've ever had.

They also have a pretty thorough help section, as well as live support if you need (though I never did).

In addition, if you use other products by the same software developer, they integrate well allowing you to pull in information  like donations, expenses...etc.

We've only used it this year, and so far, I love it. It was super easy to link up Quickbooks and all our employee info.
