I needed time tracking and it makes it very easy to bill that way. Once everything was customized for how I ran my firm, it’s a snap to do anything. Receiving payments is also really easy for the client. I especially appreciated the engagement letter templates and the organizers. Organizers are a bear to create from scratch, these are easy to modify and the client can fill them out easily. They can even upload documents right into the organizer so the don’t forget to upload later. The price is worth it, in my opinion. They usually have specials on the fall to get it going before tax season ramps up. I have not had to call support yet, everything worked pretty well. Cons: There is still a decent fee for receiving payments through TaxDome payments. I also wish there were more templates that didn’t cost a lot.
