Amazing Tax Software
My overall experience has been excellent.
PROSI love everything about Tax Slayer Pro! The best thing is how quickly you can prepare the return as well as accurately. No extra boxes or scripts to read. Just taxes! My company has been using this software for over 4 years, and I don't see a change in the foreseeable future.
CONSI can honestly say there isn't anything that I find to be a con with them.

Our overall experience with the software is great it has cut alot of unnecessary time for us we are definitely going to continue to use the software

TaxSlayer does not work with a MAC
Terrible! The program did not work. it did not include my adjustments to income even though I entered them. It cost $109.59 rather than the amount they advertised. It cost me thousands of dollars! It would not print my return. The bottom line is, AVOID THIS PROGRAM LIKE THE PLAGUE.
PROSThe blanks were fairly easy to enter, although parts of the forms were unnecessarily complicated.
CONSIt screws up the results! After entering all of the deductions, it indicated that the adjusted gross was the same as the gross costing me thousands. They will not return my money, even though the program failed

On line, the product sounded promising and easy. After the failure of TaxSlayer, I redid my taxes with TurboTax, and got them right showing that I was due a refund.

Reasonable and Reliable
Taxslayer Pro is affordable for me as a solo practioner. Customer Service is very reliable and professional.
CONSWhile you can view forms prior to printing the return, it would be nice to toggle between the form view and the data entry fields.

CONSI like all aspects of the software, the ease of use of the client portal could be made a little easier for elderly clients and those who are not as tech savvy.
