  • Pros

  • I use 3CX primarily to check the quality of calls going out within the business, the feature that allows all calls to be recorded and played back on any computer with ease is therefore very useful.
  • Price, Ease of set up and feature rich capabilities.
  • Cons

  • It signs me out a lot and I have to get an admin to log me back in. That is very frustrating as it takes up both my time and my co-workers.
  • I could barely hear what the other line is saying and there are times that I the calls got disconnected which is really annoying especially whenever we are talking to clients.

  • Very easy to use and setup and they have documentation and video guides that helps you find the best way to use it for your business type.
  • I love that it has all of the things I love about Trello and Asana, but with even more capabilities and functionalities.
  • Cons

  • The lack of a pomodore to control the time you focus on a activity is really something that I miss the most.
  • Because there are so many options, it makes it intimidating to use and can be confusing at times because you don't know where to start.
