Pros/Cons

Pros
I love the ease of use and the aesthetic of it! It's very easy to read and very easy to navigate.
Very easy to use, a great asset to our company. I absolutely love using this software and am happy with it

Cons
This software is great overall, but sometimes the search feature can be a bit finicky.
Design isn't great as the application is not very easy to use so some people can have trouble learning how to use it. Other than that, I believe it's a great application

It's easy to use, intuitive, the support is exceptional.
the dashboards and reports are very easy to understand

Cons
Applications are very useful, but I have never seen a major highlight for them or an instruction to use them. It would be very interesting to highlight them more.
Some of the great system features aren't available in apps.
