Pros
-Easy for my Non-Tech People to Use -Tons of great features for my Tech-Team -Intuitive Interface -Great Customer Support -Always integrating new features
I liked everything about chanty starting from name of the product to UI and Ux everything is awesome about this.The best in the market i would say

Cons
Sometimes there are glitches with audio calls, but it usually happens once per week for an hour or two and then it’s gone. I think they are working on fixing this issue.
Not much to not like. The darn thing works well.

Easy to use and install was quick. Really enjoyed using the software!
Very easy to use, user friendly, quality of software is very satisfying

Cons
Overall it was great, one downside was the inability to see or interact with Windows alerts on the remote computer.
WebEx built an excellent platform but sometimes it has limitations on number of people
