The only thing I can think of is that sometimes the desktop app wont launch with Windows. I am not sure if that is an issue with my PC though.

You need to keep this in mind because if you are looking for ways to look at projects from different views (e.g. list, Kanban, timeline or Gantt chart) you are going to be disappointed.

There have been times it has showed wrong clock in ad out times especially after refreshing. Its long set up is a negative point too.

Great option for keeping schedules organized. We have many events so this app is perfect to help keep everything organized.

The greatest benefit of When I Work is the visual presentation of the schedule. I can see at a glance who the scheduled manager on duty is thanks to the color-coding.

It is easy to use a and is a bargain for the price.

And, having to assign a shift to someone else before dropping it makes it hard to undo shifts taken accidentally.

The customer service is excellent with When I Work, I really like the chat function. Makes communicating easy and quick.

I like that it integrates into an app that is easy for the younger generation to use. I also like being able to color code shifts for ease when looking quickly.
