Pros/Cons
Pros
- We migrated from TeamViewer and one of the best business decisions we have made as a young growing company. We are very happy with the product.
- Very good overall and would recommend. Their partnership with BrightGauge needs lots of improvement from the reporting side, but ScreenConnect itself has been very good.
- Overall I have been pleased with the use of screen connect. Its a great mostly reliable tool and would love to use it in the future and recommend its use.
Cons
- However the fact that a large portion of my machines have lost connection and had to be manually reinstalled was very frustrating and ultimately is why we left that platform for RD.
- Sometimes i accidentally X out of the screen, I click out of the wrong window.
- The worst part, which is minor is the amount of customisation and branding.
Pros
- Iperius Remote is an excellent and secure remote access solution. It is easy to use, and the user interface is intuitive and user friendly.
- I am a big fan of iperius Remote, I hope that they will continue to offer this great and ingenious software in this form in the future.
- I have been using Iperius Remote for a few months now and I am very happy with it. It is reliable, secure and easy to use.
Cons
- If the development of the software continues, Iperius will get more customers. However, the mistake should not be made to increase prices, otherwise customers will be lost.
- One downside for me is that it can be a bit pricey, particularly for smaller businesses or individuals.
- It is some what unstable, it is not always possible to see online clients from address book.
